About Us

Real Estate Leasing and Management is Savannah’s premier property management company.  We specialize in providing professional leasing and management of single-family homes (including duplex, triplex and quadplex units), in Chatham, Bryan and Effingham Counties.  We represent Owners while keeping the rights and needs of the Tenants in balance.  While we utilize today’s technology, we never lose sight of the need to provide old-fashioned personal service.

We list and sell only for the owners whose property we manage; making property management our primary focus, not a sideline business to help cover the expense of running a brokerage company. Our staff is committed to providing superior quality service in the Savannah area.  We maintain an excellent working relationship with area REALTORS® who place their trust in us by referring both owners and tenants.

Staff

Gary Kornegay holds a B.S. degree in Human Resource Management from Auburn University.  He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1980 and licensed as a Broker since 1983 in the State of Georgia.  He has owned two successful brokerage companies, ultimately selling both companies.  While growing his second company with his wife, Susan, he found his niche in property management.  His goal with Real Estate Leasing and Management is to focus solely on providing professional property management services to owners and tenants.

Gary is active in the Savannah Board of Realtors, having served on numerous committees and on the Board of Directors.  He is a Past President of the Dublin Board of Realtors.  He is currently serving as President of the South Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Gary and Susan have two children, Marci and Parker.  Marci is a 2001 graduate of the University of Mississippi, having played golf four years on an athletic scholarship.  Parker is a senior at Savannah Christian Prep School where he plays varsity football, basketball and runs track.
