Dear Robert:

I wanted to tell you how pleased we have been with Rentlist.net. As a result
of your site we have been able to cut our Yellow Page advertising cost by
almost 80%. I never thought we would be able to accomplish that. The number
of "tenant requests for information" and "owner requests for information"
we receive is amazing. We have to be very diligent just to be able to send a
reply to each one.
The Resource Centers are the best-combined source of information for
tenants, owners and property managers that I have ever seen. When I have a
question concerning property management or real property issues I know I can
go to your resource information or useful links to find my answer. Recently,
I sent a client to the your site to answer her many questions about "blue
poly" piping. What a convenience that was.

Rentlist.net also gives me the ability to easily refer customers and clients
who are looking for property management services outside our market area to
other management companies by just sending them the link to the site.

I just had to take a moment to formally let you know how happy we all are with the service that you provide us through Rentlist.net! In all my years of marketing homes for lease, I have never had such quality results from any single source as I have with our association with Rentlist.net.
